The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this Web site are trademarks of their respective holders. 

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Carry My Baby™ ships products to locations within Australia. Additionally, Carry My Baby™ ships products to Asia and the United Kingdom and various other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this Website pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Carry My Baby™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are accepted, so long as the item is returned unused, in it’s original packaging. Additional postage cost at buyers expense.


We charge a 10% restocking fee on cancellations if they have not yet been sent. This is partly due to the waste of packing and/or postage costs occurred as items are often packaged immediately. Please see our returns/refund policy for items that are already in the postal system.

Refunds (Returns)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus all shipping costs and our 20% re-stocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If your return has been rejected, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to you. If requested, a store credit can be given instead of a refund, where the store credit will equal the value minus shipping costs only.

Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Carry My Baby™ and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited. 

Carry My Baby cannot be help responsible for your monitor showing inaccurate colours. Always email if you doubt the colour. It is advised that you check your purchase over before washing and email if there is a safety fault. Carry My Baby cannot be held responsible for any damage occuring to your purchase once it leaves our premises.

Discount codes are at Carry My Baby’s discretion. If misused, Carry My Baby reserve the right to cancel the purchase they relate to or request the full purchase price. Some codes may be restricted to limits of use, ie per customer or minimum value spend. Only one code is allowed per purchase, including any Free Shipping offer. Hire items are ineligible for discounts of any kind, including Free Shipping. Free Shipping offers may be used on the Tula brand items. Discount codes are not eligible for use on any Tula branded item, including, but not limited to Tula Baby Carriers and Tula Toddler Carriers. Due to website limitations, codes cannot be restricted and as such, we will bill the difference if a code is used or will cancel the order. Tula branded items cannot be shipped out of Australia. Due to website limitations, we cannot restrict just one brand. As such, we will cancel any overseas orders for the Tula brand. Codes cannot be used on Pre Order items. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

In the event that we have listed a product at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, returning any payments made.


A 20% deposit is required within 24 hours. Further payments can then be made at your own pace. They must be completed within 80 days. If you fail to make full payment by the end of the 80 days, you will be refunded the payments that you’ve made, minus the 20% as a re-stocking fee.

If you are struggling and worry that you may not be able to make the full payment amount by the end of the 80 day term, you MUST communicate this to us. We may be able to re-adjust the length of your lay-by, subject to our discretion.

A deposit is required at time of pre-order. This is none refundable. Once the item becomes available, an Invoice will be sent via PayPal email unless agreed otherwise. This must be paid within 2 weeks, or the item goes back into stock.
